About the Role
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs for websites and web applications, working closely with clients and our development team.
What You'll Do
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with prototyping and user testing
