Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation and refund terms for digital services provided by Getbrnd Team.Effective Date: April 30, 2026
1. Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to hello@gidateam.com.
- If cancellation is requested before project kickoff, a partial or full refund may be considered after payment gateway and processing charges.
- If work has started, cancellation is subject to effort already spent and committed resources.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case based on service stage, delivered work, and approved milestones. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed milestones or delivered digital assets approved by the client.
- Advertising budgets already spent on third-party platforms.
- Domain, hosting, software licenses, API usage, and third-party subscription charges.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 business days. Final credit timeline may vary based on bank or payment gateway processing policies.
