Brnd provides digital and service-based offerings. Due to the nature of these services, once work has commenced, resources, time, and effort are allocated specifically to the client’s project.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation of services before the project has started. In such cases, a full refund may be considered after deducting any applicable transaction or processing charges.
- Once the project has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- For ongoing services (such as digital marketing or ad management), cancellation requests must be made in advance before the next billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided once the project has been initiated and work has begun.
- No refunds will be issued for completed project milestones or delivered work.
- Partial refunds may be considered only if no significant work has been completed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Any amount paid for third-party services (such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, or ad spend) is non-refundable.
4. Digital Marketing Services (Meta Ads, etc.)
- We do not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, or conversions.
- Refunds are not applicable based on campaign performance or outcomes.
- Ad budgets paid toward platforms (e.g., Meta Ads) are non-refundable and are controlled directly by the respective advertising platform.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
- Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The actual credit time may vary depending on the payment method and banking provider.
7. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any disputes, clients are encouraged to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably.
- We are committed to fair and transparent communication to resolve concerns.
